Our Agreement
A clear beginning to a beautiful evening.

Payment
A 20% booking deposit secures your date. The remaining 80% is due 24 hours before your gathering. All prices are in AED.

Security Deposit
A refundable AED 200 security deposit applies. It is returned within 48 hours after collection if nothing is damaged or missing. The cost of damaged or missing items is deducted from the deposit.

Cancellations
For cancellations more than 48 hours before the event, the booking deposit is refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Booking Notice
Bookings require a minimum of 48 hours' notice and remain subject to availability.

Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection within Dubai take place at times agreed with the client, within our service hours.

Your Setting
The client provides the table and chairs. Capsules do not include food, catering, furniture, staff during the event or venue hire.

Optional Extras
Fresh flowers, cakes, White Glove Setup and Table Clearing & Tidy-Up are optional paid extras.

All capsule items remain the property of The Guest Society.
